We’re officially done with the "expert" advice that tells you how to “communicate better so you don’t scare off the Avoidant.”

🗣 “They’re your mirror.”
🗣 “Be patient, this is how you heal.”
🗣 “Communicate better so you don’t trigger them.”

Sure, relationships take work. Communication matters. Even secure couples get triggered sometimes.

But you know what else matters?
Your peace. Your needs. Your nervous system.

I’m not helping you craft the perfect text so he won’t ghost you. I’m not going to teach you how to be “less needy” so he'll choose you.

I’m not catering to someone’s core avoidance when it’s hurting you.

You deserve someone who shows up without making your needs feel like a burden.

Not someone you have to decode just to feel safe.

Want love that’s real, reciprocal, and reliable? We stop glamorizing avoidants and start choosing ourselves.

That’s the work. That’s the freedom.

This Group Is For You If:

You’re dating and:

  • You keep being drawn to emotionally unavailable men while the ones who are stable and kind don’t give you that same spark

  • You’re trying to be open but can’t help wondering why the people who want you don’t excite you and the ones who leave you anxious keep pulling you in

  • You know your attachment style and you’ve done the inner work but somehow you still end up chasing love bombers or men who don’t want anything real

  • You find yourself wondering if it’s your trauma that makes you so unsure, if maybe your expectations are too high or you’re just too sensitive

  • You’re starting to think about having a family and the clock ticking makes every wrong choice feel heavier

  • You want a secure relationship but it’s hard to tell what’s real and what’s a trigger and you keep spiraling instead of feeling clear

  • You sometimes miss the chaos just because it made you feel something and the quiet love feels confusing

You’re in a situationship or undefined connection and:

  • You’ve been in the gray area for months hoping they’ll figure it out or finally choose you

  • You’re holding back your truth to keep the peace, trying not to sound too emotional or too much

  • You go back and forth every day, should I stay, should I leave, and it’s draining your energy and self worth

  • You’ve tried to be “chill” and not rock the boat but inside you feel anything but calm

  • You ask yourself if maybe you are the problem, too needy, too insecure, too intense

  • You find yourself wanting to “help” or “heal” them instead of asking if they even want the same kind of partnership

  • You know this dynamic is costing you parts of yourself, but the idea of walking away brings up panic and grief

You’re in a relationship or marriage with someone avoidant and:

  • You’re tired of doing all the emotional labor and trying to manage both of your nervous systems

  • You’ve tried to be understanding and patient but it’s starting to feel like you’re disappearing

  • Every time you bring up your needs, it turns into conflict, shutdown, or silence, and you’re starting to think maybe you are the problem

  • You’re wondering if your trauma is clouding your ability to love or if you’re just finally waking up to what’s missing

  • You constantly second guess whether you’re asking for too much or expecting too much when all you want is connection

  • You’ve been trying to fix the relationship but you’re realizing you can’t be the one saving it alone

  • You’re not sure if this can work, but you want clarity, not just more confusion

  • You’re craving support to take your power back, whether that means leaving, staying, or simply remembering who you are

You’ve tried…

  • You’ve tried being chill.
You’ve tried being in your feminine.
You’ve tried being less needy, less intense, less emotional.
You’ve tried “not scaring them off.”
    You’ve tried “not chasing.”
You’ve tried giving the nice guy a chance, even when your body didn’t feel anything.

  • You’ve tried listening to the experts:
    🗣 “They’re your mirror”
🗣 “Be patient, this is how you heal”
🗣 “Just communicate better so you don’t trigger them”

  • So you wrote the perfect texts.
You tracked your nervous system responses.
You journaled, meditated, pulled cards, detached, re-attached, regulated.
You went “all in” to prove you were ready.
Then pulled back to prove you had standards.
You practiced being secure. You practiced holding boundaries. You practiced staying.
You’ve spiraled after saying how you feel
You’ve panicked after being too quiet
You’ve blamed yourself when they pulled away

  • You’ve tried healing your attachment style.
You’ve done therapy. You know the patterns.
You know why you get triggered.
You know how your trauma shaped your fear of abandonment
You know why you’re drawn to people who can’t give you what you want
And you know how to explain it better than most therapists

  • And yet…
    You’re still second-guessing your gut.
    Still wondering if it’s you
Still anxious before the text back
    Still holding back your truth
Still stuck between “Am I settling?” and “What if I walk away and regret it?”

  • You don’t need more insight.
You need to feel it in your body that it’s safe to stop contorting
    Safe to speak
    Safe to need
Safe to love without abandoning yourself to be loved back

  • That’s the real work.
And that’s what we do here.

GET IN TOUCH

You want…

  • To stop analyzing every text, every silence, every shift in tone
To feel calm in your body when someone is consistent, not bored or confused
To be able to express your needs without spiraling afterward
To stop wondering if you’re too much, too sensitive, or too hard to love
To stop walking away from healthy love just because it feels unfamiliar
To be able to trust when it feels good, instead of waiting for the other shoe to drop

  • You want love that feels mutual and warm and easy to exhale into
Where you don’t have to perform secure or fake chill just to be chosen
Where you don’t feel like a project or an afterthought
Where you’re not managing the dynamic or holding the whole emotional weight of the relationship

  • You want to be with someone who sees you and meets you
Who doesn’t pull away when you get close
Who doesn’t make your emotions feel like a burden
Who’s proud to commit and clear about what they want
Who makes it safe to relax and receive instead of always overgiving

  • You want to know, deep down, that you’re not settling
You want to stop fearing that your standards will leave you alone
You want to feel like a partner, not a pursuer
You want to feel chosen without having to earn it
And most of all, you want to feel safe in love,

  • You want to come home to yourself
So that no matter who’s across from you, your worth is never on the table again

HI, I’M ANNA, a Licensed Therapist & Relationship Coach who helps women heal their attachment and finally feel at home in love with someone who’s all in.

I get this journey because I lived it.

For years, I chased Avoidant men who kept me guessing. Who pulled away every time I got close. Who said they loved me but couldn’t commit. And the worst part? I thought that was love. I thought the anxiety, the longing, the emotional rollercoaster meant I cared deeply. That if I could just do everything right, they’d finally choose me.

At the same time, I pushed away the men who were actually emotionally available, because safety felt suspicious. When someone was consistent and kind, I told myself they were boring, something was wrong with them, or they were “too into me.” But the truth was, I didn’t know what to do with love that didn’t require me to perform for it.

So when I finally met the love of my love, someone who really saw me, I almost ruined it.

When he asked me to move to Hawaii, I spiraled. I thought my fear meant something was wrong. That I was settling. That maybe I’d feel more certain with someone else. But what I’ve learned, personally and professionally, is that sometimes the fear isn’t about the relationship. It’s your nervous system saying, “This part of me has never felt safe in love before.”

Choosing him was the best decision I’ve ever made. And I’m so glad I didn’t walk away just because being loved well felt unfamiliar.

Now, I help women untangle those same spirals.
To know the difference between red flags and repairable fears.
To stop mistaking anxiety for chemistry.
To stop second-guessing themselves and start trusting what their body actually knows.

Through mind-body methods, we rewire how love lands in your system, so you can finally receive the kind of relationship that feels clear, healthy, and deeply right.

The kind where you look across the table, smile to yourself, and know:
This is it.
