HI, I’M ANNA, a Licensed Therapist who helps women stop trying to logic their way to love and finally experience it.

I get this journey because I’ve lived it. I almost let my trauma sabotage the love of my life.

When my partner asked me to move to Hawaii, I spiraled. Doubt, fear, old wounds, and everyone else’s opinions got loud. I thought getting triggered meant something was wrong. But what I’ve learned-both personally and professionally-is that sometimes the fear isn’t about the relationship. It’s your nervous system saying, “This part of me has never felt safe in love before.”

But choosing him was the best decision I’ve ever made. And I’m so glad I didn’t walk away just because this kind of love felt unfamiliar.

And in the midst of learning to receive the kind of love I always wanted, I also had to walk away from someone who looked perfect on paper. The kind of person everyone else thought I should be grateful for. The kind that makes people say, “Are you sure? You’re going to regret this.” But deep down I knew it wasn’t right.

Now, I help women untangle those same spirals. Through mind-body methods to tell the difference between wounds and real red flags. To stop second-guessing. To rewire how love lands in their body. To look into their partner’s eyes, smile to themselves, and know—this is it.
